In episode 207, Liz & Heather continue the fun of GUTE…whatever with Short Circuit (1986)! Tune in as we chat with our good friends, Steve and Izzy from Everything I Learned From Movies about this classic staring Ally Sheedy and a robot… and of course THE GUTE (Steve Guttenberg) and some unfortunate casting choices. Number 5 is struck by lightning and becomes self-aware and goes on a solo road trip, where he meets a woman who immediately thinks he is an alien, rather than a very obvious robot. Got to love the 80s!
